Audi TTs in an Industrial Playground
- Location
- De Vasim, Nijmegen
- Client
- Joppe Bekkema
Some cars are built to be admired.
Others are built to be driven.
Joppe's Audi TTS is a perfect example of the latter.
Photographed within the industrial surroundings of De Vasim in Nijmegen, this isn't a showroom build designed to collect attention online. This is a purpose-built machine owned by someone who genuinely lives and breathes automotive culture.
Producing 398 horsepower and 531 Nm of torque, this Audi TTS delivers performance far beyond factory specifications. Upgrades including a JM Tuning downpipe with sportcat, RacingLine intake components and Stage 2 software for both the engine and DSG transmission have transformed the car into something far more focused than Audi originally intended.
But the real story isn't found in the horsepower figures.
It's found in the owner.
Joppe is a true petrolhead. The kind of enthusiast who enjoys every aspect of the automotive world, from maintaining and improving a car to discovering the next challenging road. For him, the Audi is more than transportation. It is a project, a passion and a machine built to be experienced.
That philosophy becomes especially clear when discussing the Nürburgring. Rather than building a car for appearances alone, this TTS is being prepared for one of the most legendary circuits in the world. A place where performance matters, where modifications are tested and where the connection between driver and machine becomes everything.
Against the graffiti-covered walls and industrial textures of De Vasim, the Audi TTS feels perfectly at home. Its sharp lines, aggressive stance and understated appearance create a striking contrast with the raw environment surrounding it.
This shoot is not about a modified Audi.
It's about the mindset behind it.
A passion for driving. A commitment to building something personal. And a car that's used exactly as it was meant to be.
